Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) is an organization aimed at enhancing the quality of life of children and adults with disabilities by improving service delivery, providing more equitable opportunities and promoting and protecting their human rights. Through partnership with the Ministries of Education, Health and Labour and other NGOs, the CBR seeks to strengthen programmes in Jamaica to ensure that services provided are accessible to children with disabilities and their families.
