2009 Progress Report for Children Affected by HIV/AIDS, UNICEF : The latest in a series of reports produced by UNICEF on the status of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). This is an easy-to-use reference document for policymakers and key stakeholders who work in the response for orphans and vulnerable children. It presents the 17 indicators described in the Guide to Monitoring and Evaluation of the National Response for Children Orphaned and Made Vulnerable by HIV/AIDS.
Ghana: National Plan of Action for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare: The OVC NPA framework sets out time bound goals and objectives and outlines key activities and indicators for measuring progress towards addressing vulnerabilities faced by children. It is also a framework for providing care and support to vulnerable children in care institutions.
