This article provides an overview of the situation of children affected by international migration and the national and international policies in place to protect those children. The article also reviews particular threats to children’s safety and security posed by international policies in regards to children and migration. The paper concludes with recommendations the Committee on the Rights of the Child’s Annual Day of General Discussion (DGD).
