3PC (the Partnership Program for the Protection of Children) is a Cambodian child protection program powered by Friends-International (FI) in collaboration with UNICEF and the Cambodian Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY). 3PC is a network that aims to: facilitate the coordination of social work services in Cambodia, build the capacities of NGOs and Government with the objectives of learning from each other, and create a national Child Protection System for Cambodia.
