Feds to address First Nations child welfare funding gap, but no dollar details

According to this article from the National Post, the Canadian federal government will be allocating more money to child welfare services for indigenous communities on reserves. It is unclear, yet, how much money will be allocated but Jane Philpott, Indigenous Services Minister, is quoted as saying that "the Liberal government is keen to fix the 'funding gap' in the resources available to Indigenous children as compared to non-Indigenous kids."
