A youth-led organization, Oregon Foster Youth Connection, in the state of Oregon, USA has "announced recommendations designed to improve the state’s foster care system as it prepares to introduce legislation during the next legislative session" at their biannual conference in 2018. The organization is made pu of current and former foster youth from the state, ages 14 to 24.
