The objective of this consultancy is to document selected key programmes and achievements from the current country programme for the purposes of sharing lessons learnt, showcasing the achievements in Rwanda and advocacy for future resource mobilization for child protection.
This consultancy will contribute specifically to outcome 3 of the UNICEF Rwanda Country Programme Revised Results structure 2014-2018 which is as follows:
Outcome 3 - Girls and boys, especially the most vulnerable are protected from violence, abuse, exploitation and neglect within an evidence informed child protection system.
