Child Steps International is a non profit that works in the Republic of Liberia on areas related to children’s care. Child Steps International was founded to ensure that the rights of children in war-torn countries are known and protected. One of its programs includes a civics curriculum for school children to learn about their rights and responsibilities in order to become active participants in their communities and to sustain peace.
