The video ‘Last Minute Orphanage’ offers an unique insight into the world of volunteering. It tells the story of 3 volunteers who travel to Cuzco Peru to volunteer for a few weeks with children. The makers follow them from the moment they take the decision to embark on this adventure until the end of their project. Besides the story of the volunteers it also shows the perspective of the project owners and children in the projects. It portrays the expectations, reality and reflections of all the actors, revealing the emotions, complications and moral dilemmas within the world of 'Voluntourism'.
