The Project "Developing community based services for children with disabilities and their families’’ was developed in close cooperation among UNICEF and the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia (MoLESP) with the overall objective to strengthen policy frameworks, institutional mechanisms and capacities so that community-based services supporting children with disabilities could be developed and are responsive to the needs of these children and their families. The main purpose of this final, summative evaluation is to evaluate the final results and achievements of the project in relation to the project log frame and theory of change.
