The 2018 Annual Social Report presents an analysis of the general characteristics of the policies of the health, labor and social protection system as a whole. It also presents a reflection on the results of the reforms in these fields initiated during the last years. Development of this report provides the opportunity to assess the situation, as well as the ability to improve it. The 2018 Annual Social Report describes ten areas of activity under the responsibility of the Ministry and is an analysis of the situation within the national health and social protection system, conditioned by the socio-political and economic changes that have taken place in recent years.
