Republic of Moldova, Parliament, Law No. 123 on Social Services entered into force 3 March 2011. The law sets the general framework for creation and operation of the integrated social service system determining the tasks and responsibilities of central and local public authorities, of other legal entities and individuals authorised to provide social services, as well as the protection of the rights of social service beneficiaries.
