The report highlights the constant threat of sexual violence, exploitation, and child marriage that adolescents and girls face in Syria. It provides an analysis of the primary protection issues revealed from these assessments related to Gender-Based Violence (GBV). The assessments performed demonstrate all populations inside Syria face multiple ongoing protection risks because of the ongoing conflict. Of the assessed sub-districts, 85% report early marriage as a major protection concern, 71% report domestic violence, 52% report sexual violence, and 20% report kidnapping of women and girls. Adolescent girls are seen to be at a risk of sexual violence.
