The Maternal and Child Health Life Course Research Network (LCRN) is hosting a webinar on 27 October 9-10am PT, presented by Pilyoung Kim, PhD, Family and Child Neuroscience Lab, University of Denver. The webinar will review the neural mechanisms underlying the consistent and robust associations between socioeconomic disadvantage and health across the lifespan from infancy to late adulthood. The webinar will also include discussion on the long-term effects of childhood adversity on brain development, and neurobiological processes for the intergenerational transmission of socioeconomic disadvantage.
