PEPFAR, UNICEF and UNAIDS are pleased to invite you to participate, via webinar, in the Fifth Global Partners Forum on Children affected by HIV and AIDS that is taking place in New York on the 3rd and 4th of June.
This year’s Global Partners Forum on children affected by AIDS, will bring together around 100 representatives from governments, civil society, donors, international organisations and academic institutions in an effort to promote evidence-based approaches to improve the lives of children affected by AIDS.
The two-day Forum will review:
- lessons learned at country level to support HIV affected children and their families;
- how to overcome barriers and increase access to HIV prevention, treatment and care services;
- mechanisms that protect children affected by AIDS from marginalization, discrimination, and increase their access to key social services;
- how to make the money work better to ensure improved reach of those most in need.
Please see attached the agenda of sessions that will be available via webinar. Webinar participants will be able to type in questions and comments to speakers during Q&A. Please note all times are New York (EST) time.
