The Economic Case for Investing in Children and Celebrating Model Practices in Africa

African Child Policy Forum (ACPF) has organized a Pan-African event under the theme “The Economic Case for Investing in Children and Celebrating Model Practices in Africa”. The event will be held virtually on 18th November 2021 at 16:00-18:00 hrs (EAT).

During this event ACPF will launch the report “The Economic Case for Investing in Children in Africa: Investing in Our Common Future”. The report seeks to demonstrate the economic significance of investing in children. The winner of The Ghai Larissa Award 2021, a special edition dedicated to ending child labour in Africa, will also be announced at the event. The Ghai Larissa Award 2021 is aimed at recognising individuals and organisations that have made outstanding contribution in fighting child labour in Africa.
