This virtual event will take place in lieu of the parallel event planned for the 64th Commission on the Status of Women “Bringing the Voices of Women and Girls with Disabilities to CSW64” and will be accompanied by a dedicated communications strategy.
It will provide an opportunity to discuss discrimination and barriers faced by women and girls with disabilities, including how the current COVID19 situation is impacting their human rights.
The event will be held on 8 April 2020 9:00-10:30am EDT.
