The candidate should have excellent communication skills and proven intellectual leadership and experience in high-level advocacy, building partnerships and resource mobilisation. The candidate should possess a demonstrated capacity in leading and managing complex systems and in motivating and developing a multi-disciplinary and a multi-cultural team. The successful candidate should have an advanced university degree in the Social Sciences, Communication (media studies or journalism), Law, Economics, Statistics, Public and Business Administration, Public Health or other relevant disciplines.
