Catholic Relief Services is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Development and Award Management Officer to support the development, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of country buy-ins and global program implementation, including both programmatic and financial aspects. The Project Development and Award Management Officer will take on a range of award-related activities, including: leading development of 4Children mission buy-ins, overseeing development and management of contracts and subgrants, providing budget development and financial reporting for 4Children’s global and country workplans, supporting country program offices in project start-up and management; sharing information across 4Children’s global and country teams; and being a resource for project staff in grant compliance, including internal learning processes that improve 4Children’s project development process. S/he will be an outstanding global health proposal and report writer and editor, with experience working under tight deadlines to create quality deliverables that respond to USAID’s expressed needs. TheProgram Development and Award Management Officer will have experience explaining complex financial management principles and interventions, and summarizing key strategies and approaches into clear and concise language.
