The UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a relevant region-specific training package intended for all Country Office child protection staff. This will be informed by the existing UNICEF and protection sector training materials while giving emphasis to regional context and challenges. The Regional Emergency Advisor will provide context and relevance to the wider humanitarian challenges facing UNICEF programs in the region.
