The coordinator will provide overall programmatic support and coordination to the 4Children Project Director. The program coordinator will provide support for general program quality services including managing the Project Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, briefings, email, and other related administrative support as requested, coordinating with administrative assistants to ensure all tasks are completed on time. The Coordinator will provide support to the Project Director to prepare and conduct presentations, overviews, literature reviews and reports on identified topics, engaging in related desk research as needed and managing other knowledge management tasks including strengthening the availability and utilization of project related data for decision making. The Coordinator will also provide coordination and support for 4Children events and team meetings, assisting with note taking, and reporting, and provide support managing consultant travel as needed.
