Family for Every Child is looking for a relationship-driven person to come alongside their members as they participate in their alliance of national civil society organisations. This role is key to the effective functioning of the Family for Every Child network, and the post-holder will actively facilitate members’ engagement with each other by building relationships, developing communications, and responding to new initiatives.
Job Purpose:
As part of the Alliance Programme team, this role aims to further develop, support and coordinate effective communications and engagement platforms and mechanisms among the membership of Family for Every Child - an alliance of local civil society organisations. In addition to facilitating Alliance engagement activities and communication with and among members, the Member Engagement Coordinator will support members through the stages of the Member Journey through building and managing understanding and relationships across the membership. This role will also provide a flexible response to a range of member requests and ideas/initiatives to ensure the Alliance always maintains a member-led and peer to peer approach.
