This role is based in New Zealand.
This is a part-time role working 28 hours a week.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, with a salary of $80-85,000 pro rata (depending on experience).
This role is home based and flexible working patterns are possible, with the expectation that regardless of time zone you will be able to work flexibly to support work with colleagues in different time zones including occasional work outside normal working hours.
Candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand - we do not sponsor work permits or contribute to costs.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of the New Zealand and Māaori and Pasifika child and social justice sector, and knowledge of key child's rights issues across the region.
The ideal candidate will have established relationships with local communities, CSOs and networks in the region and experience of running both action research and advocacy projects involving vulnerable groups to achieve impact, particularly at a national level and how this can be used effectively for long term change.
You will be facilitating the regional Steering Group to develop a vision and programme action plan therefore demonstrable skill in working with external partners and bringing several stakeholders together for a common goal is essential, coupled with ability to work across different actors, cultural contexts and technical areas.
Fluence in Te Reo Māori is highly desirable.
