The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Vientiane, Lao PDR is looking for a qualified Individual International Consultancy for Development of the National Alternative Care Guidelines for children in Lao PDR and government training modules. The total working days is estimated at 90 days over the course of nine months, starting from November 2019 to July 2020.
