UNICEF is seeking a consultant to provide Technical Assistance to the Kenyan State Department of Social Protection in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on the implementation of the care reform strategy. The goal of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to roll out the implementation of the recommendations provided in the Care Reform Strategy, specifically those outlined for phase 1 including the establishment of and operationalization of the recommended management structures.
