Job Title: Project Director, 4Children Haiti

Job Description
CRS is seeking a Project Director (PD) to ensure timely and quality program design, startup, implementation and management of the 4Children program, in close collaboration with the Head of Health, Health and Child Wellbeing Program/Project Managers, 4Children implementing consortium partners, 4Children HQ staff, Head of Health and other CRS staff.
The PD will ensure the design and implementation of the program in coordination with the CRS Haiti country program, Latin America and Caribbean regional office (LACRO), headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, and 4Children global technical advisors and partners. S/he will lead the representation of CRS/4Children, coordination with key stakeholders, building capacities of project team members and partners, and cultivating/maintaining strong relationships with USAID Haiti, Government of Haiti, IBESR, and other child welfare sector-related government and non-government implementing partners. S/he is also responsible for financial management and project compliance, including adherence to program requirements and ensuring project resources are managed in accordance with CRS and USG rules and regulations.
The PD will have experience in OVC, HIV, PEPFAR, and adolescent and youth programs or equivalent programs of size and scope.
