Suas is seeking a CEO to work with the Board and Management Team of Suas to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation agreed by the Board. The CEO will work with the Chair to enable the Board to fulfil its governance function. The CEO will provide the Suas team with the direction, leadership and management necessary for the achievement of the organisation's vision, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead the team as it scales up existing programmes, develops the overseas educational initiatives, gain the confidence of our key institutional donors whilst also identifying new funding streams.
The ideal candidate will have experience of overseas development programming and be familiar with the issues faced in delivering education for all. He or she will be dynamic, inspirational, impact orientated, and committed to development at home and abroad.
