The Child-Safe Organisation (CSO) Advisor provides global strategic and technical leadership for action across the World Vision Partnership to comply with the CSO components of World Vision's Child Protection Standards, and address critical areas of organizational risk. This position will provide global leadership for continuous improvement of how being a CSO is pursued, measured and learned across the entire Partnership, including Child Protection (CP) Standards and Policies, Incident Intake Management system (Ethics Point) for Incident Reporting & Response, Child Protection Update Reports, Global National Office Dashboard and Audit. The Advisor will manage activities related to being a child safe organization, including building capacity, monitoring compliance, interpretation of policy, and management of child protection incident responses.
