The focus of the Government's actions regarding the recovery of Ukraine is primarily the recovery of human capital.
Ukrainian citizens have suffered tremendously as a result of the full-scale war unleashed by the Russian Federation. Therefore, restoring the quality of life of citizens, and restoring human capital in general, is one of the key priorities of the Government, in particular, the Ministry of Social Policy, and is an important part of the Plan of Ukraine project within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program of the European Union.

Українські громадяни надзвичайно постраждали внаслідок повномасштабної війни, розв'язаної російською федерацією. Тому відновлення якості життя громадян, і відновлення людського капіталу в цілому, є одним з ключових пріоритетів Уряду, зокрема, Мінсоцполітики, і є важливою частиною проекту Плану України у межах програми Ukraine Facility Європейського Союзу.
