The report Child Protection Index Moldova 2015: Measuring the Fulfilment of a Child’s Rights was presented at an event within the General Assembly of the The Alliance of Active NGO’s in the Field of Social Protection of Family and Child in the Republic of Moldova (APSCF) on 16 June 2015. Andy Guth, World Vision’s Data Collection Manager and co-author of the report, presented some of the findings of the Index, including how Moldova’s efforts toward greater child protection compare to four other countries in the region: Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, and Serbia.
