This issue of the BCN Newsletter focuses on child and youth participation and perspectives, highlighting research and other resources that include the voices and experiences of children and youth in care or who have been in care, as well as those resources that examine the participation of children and youth in the alternative care system or offer guidance on how to engage children and youth and facilitate their participation in decision-making. The issue also features several new resources including the new U.S. Government Strategy on Children in Adversity and a series of new national standards and guidelines on residential and foster care in Ghana.
