Description

CONCORDIA programs comprise projects, measures and activities designed to ensure full compliance with human and children's rights for children, young people, families and communities in the long term. Their social centres and comprehensive community work help to strengthen families in their everyday lives and prevent children and young people from being separated from their families. Those who for various reasons cannot grow up with their families find a new home in Concordia's family-like residential groups or foster families.
