Child Rights Civil Society Coalition (CRC)

The Child Rights Civil Society Coalition (CRC) is a voluntary network of South Sudanese Civil Society Organizations committed to ensuring that all children fully enjoy their rights as defined by the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Child Rights Coalition provides a coordinated platform for CSOs action and plays a central role in key child rights developments at the state and national level in South Sudan. The Coalition's mission is to initiate and influence policies and actions to promote, protect and respect the rights of children in South Sudan. And to initiate a child rights mechanism for effective monitoring and reporting of child rights violations in South Sudan.

Our project goal is to reduce the prevalence of under nutrition among under-five children through advocacy for multi-sectorial, inclusive, and gender sensitive nutrition programming that can contribute to the growth and development of children in South Sudan and allow them to reach their full potential in life.

PROJECT: Child Rights Advocacy – Children Radio Program-

GOAL: For school going children to participate on critical issues that affect them and their rights through media.

OBJECTIVE: To create awareness by children and for children on their rights while calling on board all stakeholders in the country to uphold, preserve and observe children rights
