Lumos is looking to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Consultant to the Deinstitutionalization (DI) Unit in Ukraine. As a Consultant to the DI Unit, the consultant will use their skills and ability to support the Ombudsman’s office and the Working Groups to promote, plan, implement and monitor the reform of the institutional care system and education of children. The consultant’s work will ensure that the DI Unit plays a leading role in developing the DI process in Ukraine, and contributes more widely to the commitment towards DI of relevant stakeholders.
