In pathway B the social work and reintegration processes may not be relevant in divestment cases if the implementing partner is not proceeding with reintegration or concluding their residential care services. There may be cases where full transition has not been agreed to, but the implementing partner has committed to developing a reintegration program despite an intention to continue to run residential care services. In these cases, a divestment process may also include aspects of the social work and reintegration processes listed below.
