Our Interview With Practitioner
What works:

-

Why and how it works?
-
I used my strengths; experiences; confident to do the right choice.
-
By using method of family assessment, family & children feeling observation, family & children reconnection.
-
Family planning
-
Using the right for intervention & explained to families to understand about how to protect their own children; taught children about Child’s Right (how to protect themselves.
-
The best way that we decided to help family according to family situation & they’re willing to follow our ideas & also some points follow group finalizes case management meeting.
-
The best way to help families to keep their children safe place, protected from harm, they could continue school; vocational skills or find a job, and have good relationship with people around them at communities.
What doesn't work:
-
It didn’t work in few cases, but I was tried to change to another way. EX: I have learned from a naughty child behavior, he didn’t wiling to change his bad behavior, even we tried to warned him by used lots of written warning letters, but he still did wrong, so the last choice we invited CCWC & DosaVY to join us then talked toughly to them.
-
Fixed it by get voices from the case Mgt group meeting or used DosaVY or CCWC to speak tough if there are some hard cases made troubles.
-
When an intervention wasn’t working we find stakeholders to help & give advice.
