This study explores the lived experiences of care leavers in Ireland during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the margins of CSW66, World Vision, ODI, Global Partnership to End Violence will be hosting a virtual event, highlighting the connection between climate change and violence against children, in particular, girls. The effects of climate change such as water scarcity, wildfires, floods, and more can result in girls losing their education, being forced into child marriage, and other forms of violence. Panelists will provide experience on the issue as well as policy recommendations.

During 24 February–16 March 2022, there were 12,083 consultations in response to 2,473 calls were provided through the hotline. The National Toll-Free Counter-Trafficking and Migrant Advice Hotline is run by the NGO ”Revival of the Nation”.
