This brief presents the findings of a review of state and regional training programmes for social sector professionals in Ukraine. It concludes that while many programmes remain relevant, most require substantial updating to reflect current legislation, international standards, and the objectives of the Strategy for Ensuring the Right of Every Child to Grow Up in a Family Environment (2024–2028). The review identifies key gaps, including outdated content, inconsistent programme structures, insufficient methodological materials, and the absence of a comprehensive system of continuous professional development.
