The First International Conference on "Residential Child and Youth Care in a Developing World – Caring to Notice!" will take place 23-25 February 2016 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The conference is hosted by the International Child and Youth Care Network (CYC-Net) and will address a variety of topics, including family participation in decision-making and assisting youth leaving care.
