This report is the final outcome of a research consultancy conducted by the International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD) and Columbia University for World Vision UK (WVUK). The purpose of this research was to assess and analyze the extent to which WVUK is reaching ‘the most poor and marginalised’ or Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) through its Child Protection programming in Cambodia, Tanzania, and Eastern DRC. The report presents case studies from the three countries, observations made from these case studies, lessons learned, and recommendations to enhance child protection programming.
