This document presents a comprehensive report on a pilot project in Kenya that tested the Social Cohesion for Disability Inclusion Approach as part of the Changing the Way We Care℠ initiative. CTWWC aimed to promote inclusive family care for children with disabilities by addressing stigma, discrimination, and barriers to community support. Using a methodology based on binding, bonding, and bridging, the intervention involved training, community workshops, and connector activities across Kisumu and Mombasa archdioceses. The report details the implementation process, participant feedback, and measurable shifts in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors among caregivers and community members, highlighting increased empathy, inclusion, and advocacy. It concludes with recommendations for scaling the approach within church structures and integrating it into broader care reform efforts in Kenya and beyond.
