The Neglected Agenda: Protecting Children without Adequate Parental Care Conference took place at Wilton Park, an academically independent and non-profit-making Executive Agency of the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Save the Children, together with UNICEF and the Better Care Network, brought together leaders from Governments, bi-lateral donors, international agencies, private foundations, and academia to explore the challenges and opportunities in protecting children without adequate parental care.
