On January 18, 2017, Neelam Fida, Child Protection Project Manager at Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW), one of Keeping Chidren Safe's full Member will present a webinar on "child safeguarding within Faith-Based Organisations". Neelam holds degrees in Psychology and comes with skills and expertise in research, mentoring, counselling, social behaviour network therapy, organisational development, strategic planning, change management and advocacy. Neelam ensures the best practices being developed and implemented by IRW’s field offices facing challenges and difficult situations pertaining to child protection and child safeguarding. She works through an integrated approach to ensure staff and communities are equipped with faith-sensitive knowledge and tools to develop child safe projects and environments.
