In 2025, Family for Every Child members in Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Paraguay translated the Global Kinship Care Guidance - 'How to support kinship care: Lessons learnt from around the world' into Spanish and Portuguese.
To officially launch the new versions of the guidance, their members will jointly host this webinar on 4 December. They will discuss kinship care, exploring the concept of family in a broader sense and aiming to prevent the unnecessary separation of children from their original context and their institutionalisation.
