The Early Childhood Development Action Network (ECDAN), together with the Government of Rwanda, UNESCO, UNICEF, WHO, and the Africa Early Childhood Network (AfECN), is hosting Investing in the Early Years: A Global Technical Financing Forum from May 6-8, 2026, in Kigali, Rwanda.
This Forum is designed to support the Act for Early Years campaign and engage government representatives, influential leaders, investors, and development partners in a practical, systems-focused discussion on how barriers to financing can be overcome and creative financing solutions can be applied to ensure children receive comprehensive services across sectors in their earliest years of life.
