The ISPCAN International Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect is scheduled for October 6–9, 2025, in Vilnius, Lithuania, uniting global leaders and professionals in child protection—from sectors such as law, medicine, social work, education, public health, government, and NGOs—to advance research, practice, and policy for child welfare. Under the theme “Child Well-Being in a Changing Reality,” the event will feature pre-congress working groups, a debut Rise Up Policy Forum on the final day to foster public-health-driven policy solutions, and a dynamic scientific program designed to strengthen systems and create a lasting legacy for child protection regionally and globally.
