The Know-How Centre for the Alternative Care for Children-NBU are looking for an Administrative Manager for their team. The Center is part of the academic structure of New Bulgarian University and works with "government, local authorities, state agencies and non-governmental organizations to empower communities in their care for children and to solve their problems, including reducing the risk of institutionalization of children in Bulgaria." The right candidate should have experience in managing different organizational processes, as well as flexibility and understanding of the rights of children and their problems in Bulgaria.
