Applications Now Open for the Moving Toward Family Solutions $10,000 Grant Cohort

Are you working for a residential care organization that wants to move toward providing family care for children? 

The 2024 Moving Toward Family Solutions (MTFS) Micro-Grant Cohort may be a good fit for you.

The MTFS Cohort is a one-year program developed to thoughtfully explore and prepare for the process of moving from residential care toward family-based care for children.

Highlights of the program include:

• An 8-week hybrid learning experience with self-paced online course content and weekly live learning sessions
• Developing a personalized action plan for the transition to family care
• A year of monthly coaching calls for personalized support
• A year of monthly peer learning meetings
• $10,000 micro-grant for each participating organization to help them move forward in the process of transitioning their model of care

Live learning sessions for this program will be held on Thursdays from 9-11 am EST from February 15 through April 4, 2024.

Additionally, participants will have approximately 2 hours of online coursework to complete each week.

The deadline for applications is Wednesday, January 24.
