'Children First: Journal on Children's Lives', the bi-annual Journal of the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), Government of Delhi (http://dcpcr.delhi.gov.in/) is now accepting submissions for it's next issue. To know more click here.
The first issue of the Journal, published in November 2021, captured the initial impact, experiences and mitigating efforts in the context of the first year of the pandemic.
To further document, analyse and address the continued impact on children in the Indian context in the second year of the pandemic, Children First - Journal on Children’s Lives welcomes contributions for its next issue. The theme for the next issue is ‘Second Year of COVID-19 Pandemic- Disrupted Childhoods, Disrupted Education’.
The submission may focus on educational issues, but need not be limited to it and may well focus on social and emotional issues, immunisation, nutrition, child protection and legal issues too.
The submission may be in the form of original research, implementation challenges essay, best practices or critiques/commentary on different domains related to children as defined above.
Detailed guidelines are attached to this page and are available on the DCPCR website in the “Journal” section.
