The Care Transition Accelerator Academy (CTAA) is a highly competitive, first-of-its-kind, two-year program designed to equip leaders in care reform. Selected participants become CTAA Fellows, gaining expert-led training, curated resources and hands-on experience through a mentored practicum. Graduates are certified as Transition Coaches, prepared to support programs in their region as they move from residential to family-based care.
Ideal candidates for this program:
- Have some knowledge and experience with transition from residential to family care
- Currently live in a region in which they are very familiar with the language and culture, and have an existing relationship with at least three residential programs that are willing to transition.
- Have a consistent internet connection; can speak, read, write and understand English or Spanish well; and can consistently give six hours a week to focus on the program (or rearrange current priorities to find six hours a week to focus on the program).
